  • 2 Day In-Person Course - 6 hour days

  • Day-3 In-person Drone Pilot Knowledge Exam at Del Sol Aviation’s  FAA Certified Test Center

  • Custom training following FAA guidelines

  • Optional hands-on drone flight training

  • Instructors are FAA Certified Drone Pilots as well as Certified Fixed-Wing Pilots

  • Classes are limited to 10 students per class

  • Catered Lunch provided on Day-1 and Day-2

  • Training Materials provided with the 2-day course not only provide study material for all aspects of the basic course, also serve as a refresher study source for the 2-year drone pilot recertification exam.

To become a pilot you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Have a government issued picture ID card

  • Be able to read, speak, write, and understand English

  • Be in a physical and mental condition to safely fly a drone

  • Pass the FAA Part 107 Unmanned Aircraft System – Small (UAS)
